NSLS Induction Ceremony 2018

What an honor it was planning the 2018 Induction Ceremony for the National Society of Leadership and Success at the University of Oregon while being on the Executive Board! It was so fun planning with our President, Jessica Kaiser, and the rest of the Executive Board. Our goal was to make huge upgrades from our last year’s Induction, and I am so happy to announce that we by far exceeded our goal. Our member induction rate increased from four percent to twenty-one percent! And, along with that, we had the opportunity to bring on a florist, photobooth, rental company, photographer, calligrapher and baker for the event. These changes set the bar very high for next spring’s Induction, but I know our new Executive Board will achieve greatness. How lucky I am to be a part of such an inspiring and hard-working group of people in this organization that “builds leaders who make a better world.”

Thank you to our talented vendor team! This event was made possible by all of your hard work, and we appreciate you so much! See more photos from this event here.

No doubt I will be back my senior year to help our new Executive Board with events, but until then, thank you to the National Society of Leadership and Success for giving me leadership and communication skills I will use for the rest of my life! I have grown so much with this organization and chapter, and I wouldn’t change my experience for anything. From being Inducted last year to receiving the National Engaged Leader Award and the Excellence in Service to Students Award this year, I am so grateful for this organization, the friends I have made and my achievements!

Love always,
