Our 60-Day wedding consulting service delivers refined, hands-on guidance — crafting your master timeline, curating your final layouts and seating chart, directing day-of decor, and overseeing full vendor management, so every last detail is executed with precision and ease.

Our 60-Day Wedding Management (Coordination) Package will be the perfect one for you if you plan to do majority of the planning yourself. We will step in right before you finalize everything and make sure all your bases are covered.
This is our base package as we believe 60 days is the perfect sweet spot for your wedding coordinator to get to know you and all of your event details:
- Unlimited email communication with your Coordinator
- Up to 8 hours of virtual meetings to discuss your final timeline, layout, decor, etc.
- 1 in-person meeting for your final venue walk-through / details meeting
- Final planning checklist utilizing Aisle Planner, our online planning tool
- Vendor management and consulting & All final meetings with your vendors
- Layout design and seating chart coordination
- Production list and timeline creation
- 1-hour Ceremony rehearsal coordination

To Be Loved Events is based in Thousand Oaks, CA and we regularly work all over Southern California - especially Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Agoura Hills, Los Angeles, Ojai, Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez, Beverly Hills, & West Hollywood.
Based on my portfolio, my couples typically are investing about $750-1,500 per guest for their wedding ceremony and reception.

Working with me on your wedding planning is meant to be a relaxing and fun journey, while also being highly organized and thorough. My goal for each wedding I assist with is to make sure you are so happy with your design and details and that your event truly reflects your love story. My ultimate goal is to help you tell your love story to your guests through your eyes and for you to have the most memorable day of your life.
To answer simply, we do not offer “day-of” coordination services. In our professional experience, the concept of a true “day-of” coordinator is misleading. A wedding requires extensive preparation, planning, and detailed oversight well before the event day. It is unrealistic to expect a professional to arrive on-site that morning and fully understand the countless moving parts, vendor communications, and personal details involved.
With Wedding Management, usually 60 days out, it ensures thoughtful preparation, seamless execution, and a wedding day that reflects your vision with every detail carefully considered. We can assist you with everything that is required before all of your final decisions and guest count are due. All of the final details will be taken care of and you can relax come a few weeks before your wedding day!
