Our 60-Day Wedding consulting service delivers refined, hands-on guidance — crafting your timeline, curating your layout and seating chart, directing day-of decor, and overseeing full vendor management, so every last detail is executed with precision and ease.

Our 60-Day Wedding Management (Coordination) Package will be the perfect one for you if you plan to do majority of the planning yourself. We will step in right before you finalize everything and make sure all your bases are covered.
This is our base package as we believe 60 days is the perfect sweet spot for your wedding coordinator to get to know you and all of your event details:

Up to 8 hours of virtual meetings to discuss your final timeline, layout, decor, etc.

To answer simply, we do not offer “day-of” coordination services. In our professional experience, the concept of a true “day-of” coordinator is misleading. A wedding requires extensive preparation, planning, and detailed oversight well before the event day. It is unrealistic to expect a professional to arrive on-site that morning and fully understand the countless moving parts, vendor communications, and personal details involved.
With Wedding Management, usually 30-60 days out, it ensures thoughtful preparation, seamless execution, and a wedding day that reflects your vision with every detail carefully considered. We can assist you with everything that is required before all of your final decisions and guest count are due. All of the final details will be taken care of and you can relax come a few weeks before your wedding day!

I suggest planning on investing $1,800-$2,500+ per guest for your wedding and reception. Additional for your additional weekend events.
