Talia Adams
Talia is so excited to coordinate your big day! Her true passion is creating the unique experiences and moments that are personalized to each couple, and she hopes to do just that to make your wedding truly shine!
Working for To Be Loved Events, Talia has the drive and care to make sure your big day goes off without a hitch. No detail is too big or too small, each important in their own way. She brings an attention to detail and "couple first" attitude to the logistics and a warm heart and sense of humor to the intimate interactions that come with entrusting her with your special day. Her wedding experience has also shown her to be calm in the midst of any chaos and quick on her feet!
Talia is fluent in Spanish and English, lived abroad in Ecuador for 3 years, and has transitioned into California weddings after planning her own bilingual, multicultural wedding in 2023 with her husband, Alejandro!
Her wedding was a perfect blending of cultures, and she worked hard to make sure everyone felt included regardless of what language they spoke. Among other things, they had many bilingual vendors, a salsa band, and signage in both languages. Talia loved planning her own wedding, spreadsheets, design, and all! She truly enjoyed finding unique ways to bring their own personal flair to the day. She knew that after that, this was the new direction she wanted to go in to assist in taking the burden off of couples in order for them to be fully present and enjoy their special day.

Favorite part of a wedding day
Talia’s favorite part of a wedding day is observing the couple at random moments throughout the night and seeing the sweet glances they share and the love pouring out of them during a family speech or when they don't think people are watching.
hardest part of a wedding day
For Talia, the hardest part of the job is not spending the whole night on the dance floor with everyone! The energy and the music is always so unique and fun, and it’s so hard not to join in!
